Previous experiences and plans
Here is a short film about the Hungarian International FEWS camp in 2006 :
It was organised with the help of the Youth for Europe Programme and cooperation with the Federation of European Williams Syndrome Association (www.eurowilliams.org).
This camp was granted as ’one of the most outstanding projects of the past 7 years’ by the Hungarian
Office of the EU. It also won the 2007 European Youth Prize in Brussels.
We could it present international level at the European Conference of Rare Diseases and it is pointed
out as good practice on the position papers of EURORDIS.
Many other nice camps were organized with similar methods. You can see a short summary about most of them on FEWS webpage.
With our partners we participate at the FEWS international camps. In 2006, Hungary organised this
camp and it was granted as ’one of the most outstanding projects of the past 7 years’ by the Hungarian
Office of the EU. It also won the 2007 European Youth Prize in Brussels.

We had a common challenge weekend together with our partners in Slovakia in 2009 and this grant can
give us the possibility to continue this V4 partnership.
The project will continue as our team have an invitation from the Czech and the Slovakian camp for WS people.
In 2013 we also organized an international camp with the V4 countries.
We also play active role in the FEWS activities, camps and upgrading our common international homepage and facebook profile. Our moving photo exhibition also can be seen as many place as possible and it has a standard place in our office.
