The 4 countries have a strong relationship and a long-time cooperation experience with each other.The

project gives the possibility to make this V4 relationship deeper and to replay for previous invitations

from the partners.

The target group, which is the WS youth and their family can get closer to each other and realise that

they are not alone in their everyday fight. We can learn good practices and case management

techniques.The disabled youth can get experiences and self-confidence from the various challenges

and they can feel „Yes, I also can do it’. It presents opportunities for expression of participants’ sense

of solidarity, to eliminate all forms of discrimination and to compensate their social disadvantages. With

the dissemination it can be a template for other organisations.
